THE ULTIMATE LIVE EVENT ENGINE

Run the perfect club draw. No chaos. No queues. Just the show.

Tapp [Draw] isn't a ticket shop. It's a complete command centre that runs your floor, your sales, and your big-screen spectacle from start to finish.

Built bespoke for clubs' lucky draws.

Still running draws the hard way?

Paper tickets get lost. Grids get double-sold. Staff are tied to desks while queues build up. And when the big moment arrives? A boring shout into a microphone. Your venue deserves better. Your players demand fairness.

The solution

Sell faster. Roam freely. No clashes.

Arm your staff with nothing but their own phones. Tapp [Draw] is a seamless Progressive Web App (PWA) that puts the entire venue in their pocket.

  • Real-Time Grids

Ticket sold = removed everywhere, zero double-selling.

  • The QR Handshake

Staff + player link instantly; players can pick their own numbers or let staff drive.

  • Instant Vetting

No throwaway accounts; self-registered players verified on the floor.

  • Bluetooth Receipts

Print physical slips on the fly with QR verification.

Bulletproof draws. Provably fair.

Say goodbye to rigging accusations. Tapp [Draw] doesn't just pick a winner; it calculates one.

  • Cryptographic Precision

Every round locks a secret seed; winner = SHA-256 of seed, tickets sold, server clock, live audience word.

  • Strict Control

Seven server-validated states — from inactive to a closed draw — nothing skips.

  • Total Audit

Winner not present? Host forfeits + respins instantly; every move, refund and override logged in a searchable back-office ledger.

Put on a spectacle.

The draw shouldn't just be an announcement — it should be an event. Tapp [Draw] drives your venue's projector on full autopilot.

  • The Spin Overlay

Massive animated slot machine, spinning reels, scan-line textures, radial glow.

  • Split-Second Sync

Every screen and every mobile reveals the winner at the same millisecond.

  • Winner Celebration

A full-screen winner moment — flash, tilting hero ticket, confetti cannons.

Built for the floor

Run the draw from a pocket. Watch it on the big screen.

Tapp [Draw] is not a desktop program you are chained to. Staff sell on their phones, roaming the floor — no paper stubs, no double-selling, no one stuck behind a desk. Players can scan a QR and pick their own tickets. The draw runs on watertight maths — no chance of manipulating a win. FAIR. PROVABLE. TRACEABLE. ACCOUNTABLE.

The night, mapped before it starts.

Assign staff to draws, vet the players who signed up through the app, check the booklet grid, lock down the specials. This is the quiet work that makes the loud work run clean. A bigger screen for the bigger picture — the part of the night that happens before the room fills.

On the floor

Phone

The floor is the checkout.

A staff member opens a booklet on the grid, taps the tickets the player wants, takes cash or card — and the Bluetooth thermal printer in their pocket prints the receipt at the table. No trek to a till. The sale happens in the room, the receipt prints at the table, and every sold ticket vanishes from every other screen in the room the same instant. The whole thing runs phone-only — no desktop at the table needed. Onboarding, verifying app players and selling tickets all happen on the phone.

A desktop is optional, not required.

At a glance

Tablet

The whole room, without looking up.

What has sold, what is left in the booklet, who is on the floor, the state the draw is in — all live, all synced. A manager walks the room with whatever device is in hand and never has to ask. Sold tickets vanish from the grid the instant they are sold, on every device in the room, because the app pushes the change to every connected screen at once.

The audience

Big screen

Every screen in the room plays the night.

The live draw goes up on every screen the venue wants — a projector over the stage, the TVs behind the bar, as many as there is wall for. While the night runs, the rounds play across all of them: the prizes up, the round happening or about to spin, and the winner the moment it lands. The host — a login in the app, assigned by the admin — controls the spin remotely from his own screen: the spin animation runs, and the winner shows right after. Every player's phone gets notified at the same moment, so the phone in hand and the screen on the wall watch the same instant together.

When it lands

Phone

The room cheers. They already know.

The host spins, and the winner lands on every screen in the room at the same instant. On the player's phone: a toast — round number, the winning colour and number, the prize — and a push notification drops into the lock screen at that same moment. They do not have to look up to find out.

On the record

Laptop

A draw you can prove.

Before the night starts, the maths that picks the winner is sealed — hashed, locked, its fingerprint already out. At the spin the seal comes off, and anyone can recompute the winning number and check it themselves. Provable, verifiable maths. A draw nobody can steer.

The Revenue Ledger: pick a draw, see every transaction — cash against card against promotional, who sold it, when, and the total that walked in the door. Export it as CSV, hand it to the accountant. The draw night that used to live in a hat and a spreadsheet now reconciles in a browser.
